    on 23rd nov.i purchased two 2.5 air conditioners.after 3 weeks and the units still had not left your warehouse i was offered a200.00e voucher.for the in convience caused.this also took in a huge price difference between kogan and dick smith for the exact units as the units had not left your warehouse on the 4th dec.i cancelled the order and asked for a refund.on the 5th i received an email from you saying the unit had been dispatched.
    now while i have accepted this late dispatch.i have emailed many times about this e voucher only to be totally ignored by your staff.is this the way kogan operates to offer a customer a voucher and then renege on it.

    I recently purchases a product from you on line. Since then I have been bombarded with unsolicited advertisements on line. I do not wish this to continue but am unable to find the way to unsubscribe from this aggressive and unwelcome approach.

    I am waiting for credit for a tv i purchase on the 17 th october and nothing 47 emails later and still no answer i will never buy again from kogan just want credit or new tv this is bull shit

    I purchased a Phillips computer monitor through Kogan a few weeks back the first one was excellent, so i decided to order a 2nd screen. It arrived on Tuesday 15/01/2019 so i set it up straight away. I turned the screen on only to find half was not working correctly. Lines through half of the screen. The box wasn’t damaged so i don’t believe it was damaged in transit, to me just a faulty product. Since then i have tried every day through Kogan’s help centre with emails and phone numbers i could find either no one answers or the person answers told me that to email the help line only form of contact. I just would like some help and hopefully a new monitor sent to me ASAP. Very frustrating, as if i ran my business like this i can assure you i wouldn’t be around for too long. What happen to good old customer service???? Not hard, i would have thought.

    I have recently purchased a 65 inch Kogan smart tv & am having difficulty getting the voice control to operate. The instructions are not very clear. 1/ do I need to have my mobile connected for this to operate? 2/ Next, open Settings > Accessories in the TV menu? I do this & go to remote & accessories as there is no accessories & it searches for accessories telling me to make sure I have bluetooth devises in pairing mode? this times out tells me to pair device? What am I doing wrong? my model is Series 9XU 9010 KALED65XU9010SKA

    Dear Kogan,I ordered a remote controlled pedestal fan and it arrived on 8 February 2019. That’s when the problems started. 1. The packaging was obviously damaged as it had been ripped open by someone and haphazardly taped back together (I have photos). 2. When we opened the box bits of loose parts fell out (not contained in wrapping so obviously someone had a go previously at putting together this useless contraption)! 3. We persisted and tried to put the thing together but the bits and pieces were damaged so we couldn’t join the top of the fan to the bottom of the fan. 4. We put batteries in the remote control but it would not turn on!!

    This is clearly a unit that has been returned by a previous customer and onsold to me! By the way Kogan my ticket number (raised on 8 February) is 7140453. It is now the 7 March so a big fat month has gone by with absolutely no comment or response from your “help desk”.

    For the record, we will be taking this useless piece of crap back to your South Melbourne Depot and throwing it back into your despatch area if I don’t hear back from anyone by 14 March (so one week to respond Kogan!).

    Your lack of response and your inability to provide quality products or customer service is the reason why you are losing customers by the bucketload. I will never buy from Kogan again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know of the appalling experience I have had in trying to deal with your company. I look forward to tossing this thing back at you next week. Ciao!

    This is my second faulty tv from Kogan. They have once again acknowledged that I have a faulty tv but after 6 days I still have no contact from them as when it will be picked up for repair. The Director of Customer Care, Mr Beahan commented to Choice that responses are typically 4 hours!! My first faulty tv took 3-4 weeks before any action was taken.
    I have never experienced such poor customer experience.
